预包装食品进口- 红酒,干果预包装食品

预包装食品指的是可以直接上架销售,已经做好包装,并且按照主管部门的要求已经准确标注生产日期,有效期,主要成分,生产商,进口商等。

目前绝大多数预包装食品都是通过一般贸易进口,然后上架销售,有一部分产品可以通过跨境电商保税备货,保税直邮的方式进口销售。

Prepackaged food refers to the food that can be sold directly on the shelves, has been packaged, and has accurately marked the production date, validity, main ingredients, manufacturer, importer, etc. according to the requirements of the competent department.
At present, the vast majority of prepackaged food is imported through general trade and then sold on the shelves. Some products can be imported and sold through cross-border e-commerce bonded goods preparation and bonded direct mail.


预包装食品进口报关前需要报检,检验检疫需要的资料:
The pre packaged food shall be submitted for inspection before import declaration, and the data required for inspection and quarantine are as follows:

1国外产地证

2国外卫生证书

3标签内容中文翻译(拉线翻译,中英文对照)
4产品原文标签样张(定型包装食品,原材料类的一般不需要)
5、收发货人在中国检疫部门进口备案

6、进口食品标签咨询报告 

7、检疫部门所需食品清单,证书附页表,承诺书,保证书,核准信息单等

检验检疫批复通过后,内部自动转入报关流程

在货主收到进口食品后,一定要按照检疫部门要求送样做检,这个过程是必须。在此之前所有货物不要随意使用;经检验合格后,出入境检验检疫局会核发卫生证书,一般为15-20个工作日,这个证书是为证明该批进口食品符合人类食用标准,可以进入市场销售。

食品进口中文签标必须注明项:
品名、原产国、配料、生产日期、保质期、使用方法、营养成分表、净含量、国内经销商信息等。
The following items must be indicated in the Chinese signature of food import:
Product name, country of origin, ingredients, production date, shelf life, use method, nutrient composition table, net content, domestic dealer information, etc.


经营单位需要资质:(贸易国可以做进口代理,贸易代理不需要此资质,但经销商肯定需要)
