西藏诚捷报关有限责任公司成立于2016年4月15日，主要经营西藏樟木口岸和吉隆口岸的代理报关、报检业务、代理进出口清关业务及缴纳海关税费等业务。

吴昌旭  四川什邡市1979年12月出生，

服役于新疆步兵第四师，2003年退役后在国企西藏环通报关行工作13年，于2016年和同事们组建西藏诚捷报关公司至今，2015年加入共勤联盟。
